We hope you love your purchase! However we know that sometimes things don't always go to plan. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer refunds within 14 days of package delivery for full price items.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size you can return the item to us and we will issue you with a store credit which you can use towards your new size or different purchase.  

All sale item purchases are final and non-refundable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

  1. Download and Print the below form:
  2. Complete the form and send it back to us with your return
  3. If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be delays with processing your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your item(s) is returned we we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our returns policy.
